The ENLIGHT Academic Leadership cycle is a training cycle for top and middle management, based on the successful U4Society format (since 2012).
The programme focuses on university leadership in an agile context focusing on themes as change, identity, sustainability, diversity, and inclusion. Besides targeting skills, the aim of the programme is to establish peer networks of ENLIGHT university leaders and encourage sabbaticals across our institutions.
A last IVth cycle of the programme was concluded early 2023. A next cycle will be launched in 2024.
