Admission to teacher training will be increased at the University of Tartu in the 2022/2023 academic year

As the next generations are very much shaped by their teachers, it is important to offer more undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to start their studies as a teacher.

It is equally important to create opportunities for those already working as teachers to acquire a flexible qualification or an additional specialty. Thus, in 2022, the University of Tartu will increase the admission to teacher training by a total of 102 places, which means an increase of almost 15% compared to the current admission to teacher training.
